JDB-1 solid inlay bearing is a high-performance solid lubricant product embedded with graphite or MoS solid lubricant on a high-force brass matrix. It breaks through the limitation of general bearings relying on ink lubrication. In the process of use, the solid lubricant and the shaft are rubbed by frictional heat, forming excellent conditions for coexistence and lubrication of oil and powder, which not only protects the shaft from wear, but also makes the solid lubrication characteristics eternal. Its hardness is twice as high as that of general copper sleeves, and its wear resistance is also twice as high. At present, it has been widely used in metallurgical continuous casting machines, train brackets, copper rolling equipment, mining machinery, ships, gas turbines and other high-temperature, high-load, low-speed heavy-load and other occasions.
