SF-1BF thin flange oil-free lubricated bearing is made of 0.2~0.3mm thickness low carbon steel plate as the matrix, sintered 0.15~0.3mm spherical bronze powder in the middle, and the surface is compounded with 0.01--0.05mm modified polytetragas ethylene to make a composite plate with a total thickness of about 0.5mm, and then rolled into a finished sliding bearing. The product has the characteristics of small friction coefficient, wear resistance, light weight, compact structure and oil-free lubrication.

The product can be used in automobile door winching, automobile power seat and other occasions that cannot be lubricated and lubricated.
