SF-1W (P4) high-performance oil-free bearing is a sliding bearing rolled with steel plate as matrix, sintered spherical bronze powder in the middle, surface rolled polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and environmentally friendly polymer material mixture. The product has the advantages of lead-free environmental protection, excellent wear resistance, high strength of plastic layer and copper layer, good fatigue resistance and impact resistance, etc., and has completely replaced our company's SF-1X, SF-1P, SF-1D oil-free bearings. The product has been tested and tried for two years, and the customer response is good. It has successfully passed the 1 million impact test of CBK1 pump of Changjiang Hydraulic Parts Factory and the 1 million test of Shanchuan Shock Absorber Company, and the plastic layer on the surface of the bushing after the test remains intact, basically without wear. This product is an original new product of our company, and the quality level is in the leading position in China.
